    Default No compression!

So, I got this ls integra with a bad piston, went and replaced all of them with new rings and while I was at it I honed the block a bit, everything to specs and proper clearances, put new head gasket worked for a couple days, then 2 valve guides got messed up, went ahead and got a valve job done along with new guides, and head resurfaced, but now the damn thing does not build compression! It has 10-30-60-130 in 1 to 4 cyl order, I tried adding oil in the pistons, it does go up a bit but the rings are new and to specs, I took them apart twice just to be sure, so im thinking either the block needs to be decked or the head job is not good (not likely, i've had lots of rebuild heads with same shop w/o any problems) could a composite gasket fix my problem? Not even sure if there is any composite gasket for this car..
Any ideas, suggestions on what it could be?

i guess i shoul have updated the thread.
appaerently the new valve rings and all the new stuff they put on the head after the rebuild did not match my lifters!
doh, thats all i needed, to adjust the lifters, the valves was not closing all the way.

maybe you need to do the timing on it.
