Default Need help! Need quiet exhaust! =X

So heres the deal, I sold my coupe yesterday and picked up a 92 hatch thats in alot better shape, with a jdm d15b swap. has intake and a headman header, HAD a ghetto ass muffler on it. Me and a buddy get it back to my house, get to looking and this muffler has all kinds of holes in it. So we thought "Hey its one of those "Performance" Mufflers that just amplify your exhaust rather than quiet it. So we chop the bitch off, turn it on, take it for a test drive and now it sounds like a K20 running open headers xD. It was loud before, but this is just redicoulous. I need a suggestion for a nice quiet exhaust, either muffler or catback. any help is appeciated, 92 DX hatch, D15b swap.

I have a vibrant and it sounds ok. My personal fav as far as sound quality and decent price is the magnaflow stainless steel oval stock style.

is the rest of your exhaust stock? or did they just weld up straight pipes the whole way back??

my personal favorite is G'Reddy SP2. this is now the third different time i have owned one. Quiet and Low. No rasp at all.. Just a good over all sound
