Well I have a harness that was in a ek hatch but by the ecu
 They are like 20
wires that are cut some come from connector

The guy also gave me the dash harness where he cut those wires
It's just my only car and I got to like make sure I can get it to run the same day

You need to use the harness that goes in the car.

Yeah that's what I was thinking but I just wanted to use the engine harness he gave me
Cause it already has the dizzy plug right and alt wire been extended has egr plug
Cause the guy stayed obd2 he ran a poh ecu! I have everything to do

Well really want obd2 cause I have a obd2 ecu and the dizzy obd2

dizzy is irrelevant to engine operation, if you have an obd2 f series ecu, and you're trying to run on that, then thats what you need to wire it for, however I would suggest converting to obd1

Would u charge me to ride up there and take a look at what I got then u can see how much
U will charge go fix everything?

Cause I mean I rode in the civic that its was in
The I bought the motor he pulled the motor in from of me everything was running
Fine but only thing was he had wires coming from the driver side to passenger side tied into the ecu
Approx 20 wires he had to cut cause he could not get the engine harness to come threw the firewall
I believe they de pin the wires from the green plug because on the harness there only 1/2 of the side of th plug that
Has wires and on my ex plug it's completely full?

lol they probably had a 99 harness in a 96 car or vice versa, I would rather start from scratch and use your stock harness

but to answer your question, no I am not going to charge you just to look at what you have.
