Default OBD2 1998 Civic Check Engine Light Code 15

Alright guys. Hows everyone doing? So long story short, I just recently purchased a JDM ZC non vtec motor, and swapped it into a 98 Civic DX. I did the CKF Bypass Trick to trick the Ecu in thinking the JDM motor has a CKF sensor on the oil pump. All is running good, but only for a short period of time. I say about 10 minutes every time after I crank the engine, the engine idles weird and fluctuates. So after a few days of trying to diagnose the problem, the Check Engine Light kicks on for the first time. It says Code 15. Anyone ever had a Code 15; any advice on how to diagnose code 15? Supposedly it has do with the Ignition Control Module. But could it be something else?

I only have one distributor. The Jdm motor didnt come with one. But im going to test the ignitor and ignition coil inside the distributor.
