    I got a obd0 b20b 90 integra n it f33lz w33k w3n I drive it...n it cutz down !t 3rpm I bought a new distributer yal think it could b da idle control

    Well if your car only runs at 3 rpm there is your problem. Go buy some more rpms at wal-mart.

    Oops, I hit the negative instead of positive reputation button, oh well. I would say the reason it feels weak is because it is a naturally aspirated Honda.

    sounds like a broken tps, ecu, injector.

    As much, you should work on grammar befor you turn a wrench... possibly spelling and math as well.
