    Default vtec head oil tap

are there any shops that carry the metal peice the screws into the vtec head to attach the external oil line? can i replace it myself or should a machine shop do it?
also, a couple of screws broke off in my engine head, how much does cost to have one of those pulled out?

You can go to summit, If you are around that area. You MIGHT can try a hardware store, they might have the correct thread pitch. Worth a try.

Also, What STUDS or BOLTS broke on the head? VC stud?

You can get a Kit from a autopart store. You need a small drill bit, Then the special bit that will reverse the broken bolts out. Pretty simple.
