If you cleaned the bay it could be water in the dizzy cap i know when I pressure wash my bay I left me car it with the hood up for a few hours in the sun to dry everything out Because I have got water in the dizzy cap and had a skip and it doesn't want to take off I would look on the inside of the cap and see
