    Default 95 civic proportioning valve shooting brake fluid out

    finally got my 95 civic running,and I have no brake pressure..I realize the proportioning valve is shooting out like a squirt gun once pedal is pressed..am i missing something? It had a rubber grommet sitting,but i popped it out..any ideas?
    its a stock 95 civic DX-disc front,drums rear.

    its shooting out right from the black center area.

    get a new one, or come by the shop and buy the one off my parts car
