Does this ground come from the harness ive checked all my fuses bought a new relay so this ground sounds like the problem but when i pulled the motor to swap it i did unhook anything from the harness to the motor need more info on this ground

A few years back, I was trying for weeks to figure why my civic got no power to the fuel pump. Later found out the OPTIONAL fuse next to the battery was out. I replace it and fuel pump work. Try it.

They should be ground on waterneck from harness thats the main ground
Also check your ecu fuse under hood
Also u might wanna jump the relay just to see if ur fuel pump is good?
