    Default exhaust cam jumping teeth.

okay guys I built a gsr. With supertech valvetrain aftermarket cams and cam gears. when i set timing at 0 its all good. when I try to turn the crank (motor is still on a stand) the intake cam moves and the exhast moves some but after a bit the exhaust cam stops and when I apply moe force to the crank the intake spins and the belt jumps teeth on the exhaust cam because it didn't move. I'm so confused. It's a gsr head. What can it be?

what timing belt are you using and which cam gears are you using too?

Also when you install the timing belt you always back the one of the gears off a tooth to get all the slack out between the two cam gears.remember you want all the slack on the tensioner side not the water pump

just mind, your oil pump only works and pumps oil in the correct direction when the motor is spinning in the correct direction, and the more you spin the motor, the more assembly lube you have for startup. i believe the rule is 1 full rotation, and everything should be together and set.
