Default 95 civic hatch,d15 lines help..pics to show

bought this 95 civic hatch with a locked up d15b8. Previous owner has everything hooked up but I am concerned about 2 things.(was a shell,he swapped this in)
1)the empty port on the TB.what goes there?
    2) Looking/following this hard line 1-1 line goes into the fuel area, then he has a rubber hose leading to another plug on the head.(sorry i dont know the proper names)-He said it was just a VAC,but it looks fuel related..
Please help, let me know what im missing-Looking at pictures on google,to ME i think im missing some black long circle canister that sits below the fuel regulator thing.

My main concerns is passing emissions,I need everything hooked up or have everything period that has to do with it passing.

the black can is for fuel economy purpose. you don't have to have it. the purpose of it is to suck the gasoline vapor from the gas tank.
as far as emission goes, i believe it shouldn't make you fail the puff test. it just tires to use every single bit of the gasoline, liquid and gas.
    you can
1: get the black box and re hook everything back up
2: block those 3 up with a block off hose ( throttle body, evap on intake manifold, fuel vapor hose on fire wall)
3: run it without the block box and just use hose. the long hose that goes to the evap that you already have, use a "T" hose adapter and split another hose to the throttle body.

I block both mine off since im boosted, dont want pressure going back into my fuel tank.
when you go b series, you'll have to delete the black box anyway since they don't use it.
