Default help!!!! 96 integra very low idle problems

Ok first things first, I have a 96 db7 obd2, only mods cai, here's the problem, when I'm coming to a stop at any rpm, the rpms drop to zero and sometimes stalls when I push the clutch in and put it in neutral, so I figured it was the iacv so I cleaned it....now it idles at 200rpm and almost stalls just at idle wtf!!!! I've tried everything as far as adjusting the idle, cleaning iacv and so on and so on, and for some reason it has a obd1 ecu and a jumper harness some of the wires are cut/spliced to other wires I have no clue what is what, but the idle problems just started, can someone please help me with this? Thanks in advance
