    replace cluster see if it fixes problem, if not replace ignition coil. do either in whatever order you want

    wouldnt you start with cheap and easiest first? like cables and sensors.

    he drives a 92 civic, it does not use any type of cable for its tachometer, and i did specify the exact sensor which may be bad
