    Default HYBRID/FRANKINSTEIN TRANNY

    ok i have a boosted gsr on 10 lbs. eventually goona put more to it with more of a build.

    I want to build a tranny but my gsr trans blew the diff. I have a fresh b16 trans. heres my options please give you advise

    Full b16 trans with LS final drive

    B16 1st and 2nd, GSR 3rd and 4th and LS 5th with LS FD.

    B16 with gsr 3rd and ls 5th and ls FD

    and lastly Full B16 with GSR 3rd and LS FD

    if anyone could give me advise or suggestions this would be great!!!

    2nd option... unless u have gsr 1st to 4th and ls 5th and fd

    You'd have to swap out shafts not just the ring gear to do the Ls ring gear btw also. Why not just buy an Ls trans and save a lot of money if you were gonna have the ring gear?
