    Default need help please!!!

    I have a 97 ex coupe with a 01 gsr swap had a p72 obd2a ecu and check engine light owas on due to secoundary o2 so no vtec. so I bought a virgen p28 ecu and a jumper harness. And now light on again due to the ecu being a a/t ecu and my car is a 5 speed..........what are my options....

    Add the secondary o2 sensor would be the cheapest and easy way. Or you could get the p28 chipped and converted to a 5 speed and then tuned. But if its a stock swap i would just ad the 02

    Thanks yeah its just stock........would the o2 cause vtec not to kick in...

    If a check Light is on vtec will not work.

    Ok thanks alot guys.I think ill stick to my p72 and sell the p28 with the jumper harness
