Default 4th accord 5spd swap help

I'm not a noob nor a expert. I'll try and explain my situation as well as possible.
92 Honda accord ex. Swap to 5spd. Got everything I need to convert. I came to a stop. The clutch lines/master cylinder isn't making enough pressure for the clutch to fully engage while engine is on. I've double check almost everything. I've bleed clutch.. Etc many many times. I'm 110% every inch of air is out ofthe clutch line(s). Shift fork moves but barely. Peddle goes in with pressure but when comes back up, dosnt come all the way ( about half way ). I've looked, no bend in line nor leak. I doubt the master cylinder is bad. I am so confuse at this point! Help!!!

Adjust the clutch pedal engagement, refer to the helms manual for instructions

forgot to mention that, i already have. im about 2-3 treads from the tip, so this is not the problem since if i tighten it more than the peddle will sink too low = even less pressure.
