    Default 99 accord cluster lights.

    Every now n then the battery light n brake light will turn on n off when ever it wants to while driving. Wat could this be? It's a new battery.

    alternater belt is loose -- that will fix the battery light
    add brake fluid your running low -- that will fix the brake light

    or your alternator is going bad

    check the wires on the brake fluid cap... or the wire on the hand brake

    For the brake light: It's the piece of foam inside the reservoir. When it's cold, it won't float as well causing the sensor to think brake fluid is low. Most likely cause.
