ef problem any help

ok every morning i warm up the car and ride, when i go about 5 miles the car will bogg on me when it is sitting 3000 rpm or under 3000 rpm. I let go of the gas and step on it again it catches and then bogg, does this like twice and ride normal again. I just replace the strainer for like 3 month and the fuel filter like two month ago and put use f22 injectors about 1 month now and it was riding good until last week. It also throwing code 43 which is fuel supply system. i do know that the car is running lean because once i press the gas while it bogg it's like the motor is surge or over flood and back fire
