    What are the torque specs for B16 cam holder bolts? etc.

    19 ft lbs. But I just do 20 lol.

    haha 20 it is to be safe

    what about all the other bolts? btw, theyre arp head studs.

    20's just for an even number in my head. the head studs are 3 even steps finishing at 80 ft lbs. You are supposed to tighten the studs into the block with an allen head and then back them all off 1/4 turn before putting the head on. The little 10mm bolts that go on the end of the oil rails/ cam caps are 8 ft lbs.
