ok guys i have a problem with my friends car i changed the cluster and the speedometer and it didnt work what could it be ??/ need help i need to know how fast im going lol

try the speed sensor.

It's the speed sensor like pinedo sayed

if it worked before the swap, the new cluster could be dead.
if you swap back and its still not working, could blown a fuse or some sort.
if it wasnt working at all before and after swap, = dead speed sensor

its located right on top of the gear box. ( where the alxes go into the tranny )
