I have one like that on my car- I used double sided auto adhesive tape acrodd the part that is on the bumperand stuck the middle section one. Be careful because it is a one shot deal. PM me if you need any pics or have questions.

I don't really want to double side sticky tape it. I would rather just find the bracket but I'm not sure of the size bracket I need, I was hoping someone had them on their car & could get me a measurement that way I can go pick some up!
