man it just sounds like you need a stronger clutch. If it was defective it should have manifested earlier than that. Since you have no receipt, i would brush it off as not having enough clutch and go one step higher. Or if your bold go down to competition clutch and talk to them in person, maybe offer some kind credit towards a new stronger one.
