    Default Help with an old CRX

    I need a lil help I just purchased a 1988 honda crx and it acts like it wants to bogg in 1st gear the other gears are fine I have a lil leak right below the carborater right where that brown plug is its leaking gas like it drips I was wondering what part that is so i can replace it and would that also cause the card not 2 start right away please advise

    That's not a carburetor, it your intake manifold. Your car is a DX, so it has DPFI (Dual Point Fuel Injection) which looks like a carburetor. You may just have a leaky garment and your injector not sealing right. You can purchase what you need from Honda or most autoparts stores. I would also suggest replacing your fuel filter.     appreciated it ya i just bought it and saw the leak drippin but do u kno about how much the garment cost off top
