b16 help plzzzz

ok here it goes. i bought some axles on from a guy on ia, he said they were axles that came off a jdm gsr.. i put my b16a2 swap in my 2000 si civic. and when i put the passenger axle in the tranny it went in fine. it went in all the way.

then i got the other end through the hub and put the 32mm nut on end of the axle.

but when i tried to the lower tie rod back in the hole, it was like a inch and half away from the hole.... soo what the hell am i doing wrong.....

the axles should be the same. just gotta move those suspension parts around to get everything lined up.
