Yep. A lot of cars come with the yellow/'amber' fog/driving/running lights and such from the factory, and they have to adhere to the same standards as headlights. I never had an ounce of trouble when I had the 3500k's in my EP3.

We have customer install this bulbs into their Benz head lights. We have no complaint of these customer got pull over by PL.

I still haven't been told anything for mine and I have them in my fogs and highs, I was told I was told white and yellow are legal.

You need to check your states before purchase.

Not all states are lg

Most cop would bother you if you have it in white.
