A quick fix for the vBulletin error
Go to the "Maintenance" tab and select "Diagnostics"
From there go to the bottom and look for "Problematic Webserver Modules" then click submit
That will give you a idea if it's a recently added module/plugin that is causing the error
If that doesn't work and the database error is still kicking off try, "Repair / Optimize Tables" under "Maintenance" and "check all" then ensure under "Options" that "Optimize Tables" and "Repair Tables" is checked "Yes" then "Continue".
That should fix whatever the issue is. If that doesn't then I suggest going to the "Plugins & Products" tab and review any plugins that were recently added to the forums. From the looks of it there a issue revolving around one of the folling:
postlog
postedithistory
post
plugin
thread
threadredirect
Could be a number of other things but that's where I would start to troubleshoot. Hope this helps, let me know if you need any help.
