I just made a username change thread. And read some of the threads about Brett and his situation but you have to understand that this place has a lot more than one admin and it doesn't take more than a min to change it. I was an admin on another board awhile back. I ended up sleeping with a the real admin of the board's girlfriend and he found out. Lost my powas and got permabanned.
You can take a piss and by the time you're finished have a new name. That's how easy it is. Btw, how is Brett's situation? Hope everythang's okay.

When something happens to a well known and long time member, since alot of us are like family forreal all attention goes to them. your new so u wouldnt understand. but if u see how long the pages are, how he updates it, how man ppl are responding and trying to help him out, that should give u an idea of how serious it is.
if somebody changes ur name then fine. im just telling everybody to give it a rest for a while. having a new name is not really that important.
People took advantage of the name change system, so most admins don't do it or only do it when they have a lot of time on their hands. Stop complaining and just sit back and wait and be glad that a admin might even change your name.

I needed a name change once in 3 years. That was because i changed cars and the other name wouldn't make sense. But seriously, why do people need name changes so much? Most of the OG people on here have never change their name or avatar.
b/c the OGs are adults. "THIGHS" is a stupid name that he will not like. They pick names that are funny at the time. I was:
SLOCIV - license plate on my civic
TRYMY4.0 - license plate on my mustang
AnthonyF - my name and it'll never get old.
people should pick something about their own lives that will stick with them for a long time. All the Admins use their names.
