With many of the events/meets being posted in that forum, it's very hard to keep up with all the schedule.

I've seen couple other forums implemented the calendar thing, so that the OP can specify which day the event will occured.

An automatic email will notify those that voted "yes" on the attendance list couple days before the event.

Also, for the users, we can just click on the calendar and see all the event posted.

Just a thought of improving the site
