8500 for a blown turbo civic that is already CLEARLY a problem for someone else will just be more problematic...take 2-3k buy a nice stock one and go to mainstream...ls swap or b20 probably be no more than 2300 and turbo setup will probably put you less or right at that 8500 and you get peice of mind knowing you didnt buy someone elses crap
