I hope you have a bright third brake light not behind your tinted windows otherwise you might get rearended...I had tinted tails on my old ride and though they looked great you could barelly see my brake lights on during the daytime...police can give you a ticket for it...I would be more concerned about someone hitting you with them that dark and no visible third brake light that I can see...I relied on my third brake light on the spoiler to let peeps know when I was braking...
