custom vinyls

I need to have a handful of vinyl stickers made

looking at getting an outline of the state of georgia with the text accross the middle pretty big, as long as the back window but maybe 10-12" high or so

I know there are websites that do custom vinyl lettering but i need the outline and everything

anybody know how exactly i could go about getting it done

I'm not asking if someone thinks its ricey i'm asking if anyone knows where i could get that done
