    Default boiling over.

I have a 93 civic (turbo) with a after market aluminum radiator. When I drive it a ways and stop and cut the car off the reservoir starts boiling over but the car does not run hot. The fan comes on like it should and Ive had the thermostat replaced ive ran the car without one and changed the radiator cap also. Compression check was done compression great. Ive had the motor rebuilt about 300 miles ago b18a1 bored .20 eagle rods, je 9.1 pistons, kms billet aluminum block gaurd running 10psi on boost and timing is 18 degrees. The water pump running strong. I checked everything twice and can not figure this out. CAN SOMEONE HELP?

50/50 mix and the level is between the low and full mark. Sometimes it fills the reservoir but not all the way full.

If the head gasket was blown the compression would not be like it is on all cylinders it would not hold 10psi with no drop in boost at all. If I remember right the cylinders were 201,198,199,199 I think.
