You may want to change your ECU it may have been dammaged durrinug the swap you may also want to check your fuel filter and fuel pump. I had that prob once and it happened to be my fuel pump it was going bad and it could not keep up with my fuel consumption when I floored it and my RPM guage would go crazy b/c the ECU was confused about the air intake vs fuel ratio.
