    ok i've has always ran 2 1/2" back from the header (no cat, nothing) to muffler, my boy has a evo2 on his civic(gsr) and it sound good i put mine on ran straight piped and it was loud as hell, ???? is does this really make that much difference in sound i just turbo'd car (gsr motor) and dont want to be real loud looking for dead sound any1 know what to do i dont to have a cat on the car

    I have an evo on my hatch but i have a high flow cat. . And yeah they sound nice. . But yeah a resonator might fix your problem. . Possibly. .

    Magnaflow makes a 22" resonator that works well. I have a thermal classic and it did have a more mellow tone after it was installed

    Hmm, how much a Magnaflow resonator cost? I need one cause my exhaust is about to make me go deaf
