    Default help?!?!? brake problem

i have a D16a6 in my 90 civic hb dx , i just put new pads and rotors on the front , and all went well , as i was drivin today , i noticed that my pedal gets real spongy , but if i pump it , it will be ok , when i am sittin at a light and have my foot on the pedal , i can feel it sinkin to the floor (the car doesnt move) , almost all the way to the floorboard, i release the pedal and hit it again and it holds for a sec , then goes back to sinkin to the floor! does it just need to be bled (i didnt think you had to just changin the pads) or are my calipers or master goin bad , any help will be repped , thanx fellas!
