    Default someone told me my fuel pump relay is stuck

    i got a 91 ls teg an a guy told me my fuel pump relay is stuck he pulled the seat up an tested tone of the wores an it had no power so he used another tool an pushed a button an the car started right up i have no idea what the tool is called all i kno is he said fuel pump relay does anyone kno where its located or how much itll cost to get it fixed?

    its the main relay. it turns on the fuel pump. go to the dealer and order a new one. its located under the dash. its gonna be held by one bolt to the body by a metal arm most likley. its the black box with a brown peice on one side with the wires going in to it. sometime they say main relay on one side (or sumthin like that) most of the time these are a bitch to get to... so have fun lol

    good cause with x mas around the corner money has becom scarce whats a spot in l ville where i can buy it im new to this area an dont kno where anything is

    just any acura dealership really... where i work we do our business with ed voyles acura but there are other places. they're good people for parts. hope that helps. o btw if it turns out they're expensive (pretty sure they're not)... sory my bad lol

    I don't know if the acura and honda are the same but you can try I have have one I could sell you

    O'Reilly can also get you a main relay, just bring the old one in & they can match it. I know cause I work there & got a main relay before I ever worked there.
