Default anybody used TEIN H.TECH springs? i have a 2000 accord 5spd looking

I have a 2000 Honda Accord 4dr MT, but the suspension is blown, shocks have been leaking for a while, springs hAVE to be replaced as well
i have already bought KYB GR-2 shocks to replace current, but want stiffer springs, i don't want lower more than 1.5 inches due to Atlanta roads suck and lots of speed bumps/humps i have to go over every day
Tein offers 4cyl H.Tech springs that lower 1.4 front, 1.3 rear $170 shipped on eBay
    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...MEWA:IT&ih=017
Tein also offers 6cyl H.Tech springs that lower 1.2 front, and 1.1 in the rear that are 175$ shipped and are 12lbs/in stiffer up front for bigger engine
    http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...4921311&rd=1,1
    anybody used these springs??
    anybody have opinions/thoughts?

I'm using neuspeed springs with kyb gr2 on my rex and the ride is better than stock. So search ebay for those.

If you're not going to need adjustability save your money and ignore these guys talking about coilovers.

Tein springs are on the softer side, handling difference will be negligible but they will at least lower the car.
