is there any difference between an automatic civic/integra and a(n) manual engine harness? aside from the whole OBD0,I,II ordea.

Yea, reverse light plugs are sometimes in different places or missing(found at shifter), and there will be extra plugs for the auto lockup control solenoids. But an auto harness will run a manual motor just fine. Might just have to add the reverse light wiring. As for manual running an auto car, thats different. It would run but the tranny wouldnt shift correctly and also wouldnt get the signal to "lock" the torque convertor after 4th gear on equipped models.
