    Default suspension problem

i lowered my 99 maxima two or three days ago on tien s-tech springs in the front. i havent done the back yet. im using stock shocks right now (before anyone says anything i already know i should get aftermarket ones). i noticed yesterday some nopise when i was turning my wheel at slow speeds. I know everything was put back on right. Also before it was lowered, it pulled to the right. now it pulls whichever was the wheel was turned last and if i am going very slow or sitting still, and straighten the wheel out, it doesnt really pull at all. is this an alignent problem or something else? i dont know if this has anything to do with it but the car also needs a split cv boot.
