YOu can resurface your stock or get a new one.
Lighter flywheel will make your car rev up faster, engine doesn't work as hard.

*just my little knowledge*Getting a new flywheel is just the recomended thing to do fi you replace the clutch you don't have to do it. It should be resurfaced or something. As far as the flywheel it depends on the engine if you have a engine that thrives on hp not torque (b16) you could take a lighter flywheel. *Not a diss to anyone* If you have a turbo car A lighter flywheel will help spool faster. I would guess if you don't plan on putting down no more than like 220-180hp i think that would be good for a stage2. That is just my opinion, anyone correct me if i am wrong.

taht;s what im saying if oyu don;t ahve more than like 200 hp then you don't really need anything mroe than a stage 1..and ebay clutches have been good in my experince using them..i have bought 2 for my a couple of buddies of mine and they have worked perfectly...they have been installed over six months ago in each cars and one of them is drove over 100 miles a day and still works good..btw they are both stage 1 clutches and both civics

200whp you will definately need a stage2 you will probably fry that clutch. Just don't get something that is too good to be true cause it probably is. You don't have buy top of the line just dont get no BS you will regret it. Pullin out that tranny twice would suck.
