GAY!!! Motor boating..
got a hatch with a b18a1... it motor boated the day i bought it... (when not giving it gas it revs to around 3 grand.. somtimes higher. then drops rpms constantly) it did that up untill i bought a new iacv... well then my check engine light came on.. and car would idle funny... rated eg(i think that's who it was) helped me fix that by moving a vaccuum line to the mapsensor.. well now it's motor boating again.. it used to calm itself down once it warmed up.. but now that it's cold out it does it no matter how long i drive it.. it makes me look like a ricer and that i'm reving at everything i pull up next to.. GAY! it's actually causing my car to get a little too hot as well...
i don't have the money really to replace anything so is there anything else i can do for now... i don't know who did it, but i can't adjust the screw on my throttle body because someone stripped it.. NOT ME, it was like that when i bought it.. am i maybe missing another vaccuum line??? or is it always just the iacv when a car motor boats???
