Default S13 headlight problems help unresolved

i have a 92 240sx and my light will not flip back down.. i've replace the headlight motors and manually flipped them down and tested them to see if the flip back up... looks like there is no power coming to the motors.. i've tried pushing the headlight switch but nothing happens. Do i neeed to switch out the switch or are there relays that i have to swap out or are there any blown fuses that i have to check for? please let me know what i have to do to get them to flip up and down again. thanks..

there are 2 blue 15 amp fuses in the fuse box by the passenger strut, check those, there is a headlight retract fuse it's the big brownish one in the same fuse box, it's the middle one out of the row of big fuses, there's also a relay box underneath the air filter with a headlight relay try that too
