    Default Code 23

    Knock sensor,


    car starts and runs no codes, after 5 minutes of driving code 23 comes on.

    shut the car off no code, unplug the knock sensor no code, drive the car for a few code comes on. is the knock sensor bad?

    Is the knock sensor wired up? was the engine swaped in?

    Engine is not knocking, timing is tdc

    i swapped the motor but there was no knock plug so i wired it to pin d3 obd1

    car makes no sense...

    I GOT THAT CODE BC MY WIRING WAS SHIT. I BUTT CONNECTED THE PLUG TO A PIECE OF BULK WIRE AND I CAME APART AT THE PLUG ONCE AND AT THE ECU ONCE. IM SURE SOMEBODY ADDED THAT WIRE TO UR CAR SO CHECK UR SPLICES.

    IM ASSUMING UR CAR IS A SWAPPED CAR.

    I changed the ecu and the problem is corrected that's for the replies...
