I have an rx-8 and I have had no problems with mine.

Don't get one if you plan on modding it. I was a toss up between an rx-8/s2000/350z for me, but I came into a really good deal on the 8.

It's a fun car to drive to and from work but I am not even going to think about modding it. That's just putting my self into a hole.

good luck with which one you choose. Drive the 8 they're a fun car to drive but like lots of people said you could get stuck with a bad apple.
