imo H&R and Neuspeed offer the best springs for Honda's.. an aggressive drop with a good accompanying spring rate
i had the s-techs on my civic and it was horrible. ive rode off-brands that rode better. like he said, H&R or Neuspeed...and i heard omni has some good ones.
