On this site? I'm sure there are some people, tons of shops here. They have their banners at the top right of the forums all the time. I don't wanna callout names, cause they may not work on Celi's like that.

Their is a guy on here named DrTweak, he's in Savannah, Ga & he works on Celi's hard. He should have a post about an engine swap into 3rd Generation Celica. PM him, he should be able to do all the work you are wanting.

I PM'd him about my turbo set-up & he's very reasonably priced, & nice dude. So PM him, DrTweak....Vegeta

Okay, now the guy on this Celica site I belong too ports headers for $140 for GT, & $150 + shipping. There is small core charge, but he will send you a ported header, then you will swap, & send him your old one, & get refund on the $40 core charge.

You need more info, I can hit him up. The power gains were impressive from the people who had this done( before & after dyno's showed it). Most had basic CAI, & decent exhaust. You need more info feel free to reply here, or send PM, & I will try to get your question answered. .....Vegeta..P.S Snoozing time now tho. lol
