MKIV's came out in 99-05/06. The 99-2001 had the k03. In 2001.5 the k03 was replaced with the k03s, which is NOT that big of a difference. No new engine there, it's a consequence of me being impatient and just wanting a GTI under any circumstance. A chip would get me to 200 but I am going to buy another 1.8T this time a black 20th AE pending the sale of my car.
