not sure on exact but i owuldn't say it would be safe past 12? someone tell me if i'm wrong but it would be alot better and safer to just go ahead and get them sleeved imo

I cracked a sleeve at 12psi on a stock ls i think it had some thing to do with the uberdata tunning if you want to run more boost I would invest in hondadata and a good tune if you dont plan sleeves but A block guard would no be a bad idea either!

Its not about how much boost but how much HP. 12psi on a rhb5 is going to be alot different than 12psi on a sc61.

A BLOCK GUARD GOES BETWEEN THE BLOCK AND THE CYLINDERS. THE B BLOCK IS OPEN DECK AND THE CYLINDER MOVE UNDER PRESSURE WHICH CAUSES HEAD GASKETS TO BLOW IVE HEARD.

IVE SEEN 20+ PSI ON A STOCK SLEEVED B18 BUT IT DIDNT LAST TOO LONG. IVE HIT 20 PSI ON MY B16 WITH JUST A BLOCK GUARD WITH NO PROBS BUT I TUNED THE AIR FUEL UP TO 24 JUST INCASE I EVER GOT A SPIKE.

ID SAY U COULD SAFEL RUN LIKE 15 PSI WITH NO PROB IF PROPERLY TUNED. AND IT SHOUDL LAST IF U GOT THE RIGHT INTERNALS.

PUT BLOCK GUARD IN FIRST AND GET BLOCK BORED .020 OVER. GET .020 OVERSIZED PISTONS AND RINGS SET. GET SOMEBODY WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO ASSEMBLE THE MTR AND GET IT PROPERLY TUNED AND U SHOULD HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH RUNNING 15 PSI

But I vote for sleeve. If you have the money for it ofcourse, because block guards are much cheaper and can still do a good job
