what year civic? obd1 or 2 if obd1 it just has to pass the visual test (to see that the car has a cat) and the dyno/sniffer. any muffler shop can install a cat for you. just be sure it will flow enough not to restrict the exhaust, but not so much that the catalyst cannot do its job. there is a formula out there that gives spec airflow to cat size, for the correct cat. g/lOriginally Posted by IncOmplEtE Civic
