best way to bleed a slave cylinder?

i was told 2 different ways that i really didnt understand as far as how to bleed my slave cylinder??? when i push it, it goes straight to the floor and stays until i pull it back up?????? anyone know tha easiest way to explain to me how to blled my slave cylinder on my sohc JDM d15b motor? thanks

you may also have to pick the pedal up and push it down a few times in order to get adequete pressure. also perhaps this will help
